In the order notes you need to include the following:
- the style number
- the name to be engraved (for designs with initials it will automatically be the first initial of the name unless otherwise specified)

*SHOT GLASSES CAN ONLY BE A SINGLE INITIAL OR A SINGLE NAME (first OR last, not full name), NO OTHER DESIGNS MAY BE PUT ON SHOT GLASSES*
