When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible but processing times vary. If you want to place a rush order for priority mail, contact me before you place your order and I will let you know if that's possible at that time. Rush fee will vary on how busy the time of year is and how large the order is.
I accidentally put the wrong address, can I fix it?
If your order has not been shipped yet, contact me and I can change the address for you. If you notice after shipping, and the package is returned to me, you are responsible for any extra shipping fees. If you give me the wrong address and the post office seizes the package, I am not responsible.
I have an idea for a piece I would like but you don't sell it.

My piece isn't EXACTLY like an example I saw on your social media, why?
If you order a custom piece based on an example, it will be similar but I can not guarantee it will be exactly the same due to the fact I handmake all products :)
NO refunds or returns due to the nature of the products. If a package is lost because of you putting an incorrect address, I will not be responsible for replacing it for free. I will provide tracking information and if that says it has been delivered, I will not offer replacements. If the tracking shows as delivers but you did not receive it, per the USPS instructions it is the package recipients duty to file a claim. I ensure all of my packages so that this is possible! If the tracking shows the package has gotten lost or is stuck at the same stage for a long period of time, we will discuss the options of you filing the package as lost for a refund from USPS and a discounted replacement. When it comes to returns, I only allow returns for pieces that arrived broken or damaged during transit. ALL REFUNDED ORDERS MUST BE RETURNED BEFORE A REFUND IS PROCESSED (there is an exception for broken glass/other materials that would be dangerous to repackage, for those photo proof is required). Please contact me within 48 hours of the package arriving if it is broken. I cannot be held responsible for you not wanting the product anymore if it is not damaged and is the product you agreed to purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ONCE THE PACKAGE IS MARKED DELIVERED I AM NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE.
